Gym Hours are 5am to 10.30pm

We are not closed any days for members, they can use the facilities 7 days a week and drop ins the same.

By car

Nail Bay is one of the most secluded parts of Virgin Gorda but at less than 7 kilometres away, it is a short 10-minute drive from the ferry docks in Spanish Town. Firstly, travel east to the North Sound Road and then north along the coastline towards Gorda Peak National Park. When the main road forks, take the left road towards the beach and we are located on the right as you drive into the bay.

By water

Vessels can anchor in Mountain Trunk Bay and tender in to shore however there is no dock to tie onto. Guests can contact our staff on VHF Channel 16 or by phone and we can arrange for a golf cart to pick up from the beach. It is guests’ responsibility to haul and secure their dinghy while they come and enjoy the facility. Alternatively, Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbor offers 111 berths for yachts up to 50m and taxis are readily available to drive the scenic 10 minutes to Sugarcane.
